The world’s largest football platform is looking for a talented host and content creator. The search for this crew is handled by us, JEX. We help in finding and selecting the candidates and making the perfect match. We do this for 433nl and daily for thousands of staffing and recruitment agencies, job seekers and employers.

2. 433NL SELECTION

We will review all applications and select a shortlist of three hosts and three content creators.

3. CREW CHALLENGES

Training sessions, tests and challenges will determine which two talents rise above the rest and become part of the 433nl crew. 

4. CONTRACT SIGNING

JEX and 433nl have found the crew. The host and content creator sign the contract.
