The playground in JEX CORE makes it super easy for you to launch your first Agent. It is designed to walk you through the initial, essential setup, which you can then tweak and extend further down the line.
You can find the playground in the topleft menu, once you have selected an existing Agent or you will land on it automatically after the naming section of creating a new Agent.
The playground consists of the sections mentioned below:
Connect your website
In most cases, you want your Agent to have as much information on your company as possible. This helps in picking the right tone of voice, giving advice to external and internal users and making sure your message through the AI Agent corresponds to the story you are trying to tell on your website.
Simply add the URL of your website and JEX CORE will use your sitemap to fetch all this data.
(!) Important: make sure you have an up-to-date sitemap, otherwise fetching this data might be more difficult and costly.
Interaction mode & trigger
This section determines the way your Agent looks and how it can be used on your website.
The interaction mode determines the type of interface. Either on the center of your page, the right-bottom corner or full page.
The triggers determine where the Agent can be found. You can choose more than one option if you'd like, for an increased use rate.
Key settings
There are a few key settings that you can adjust from here. You can choose your AI model of preference, select your own brand color to add a few colored elements to the Agent's interface, select the interface language (select the language of most of your expected users) and the temperature.
You have more extensive settings that you can access in the left top menu.
User support
There are also a few text support options that you can use to help your users out a bit, if you think it is needed.
- You can add a placeholder text, which will be shown in the Agent's search bar, if you choose to implement it.
- You can also add an introduction message, which will be shown in the interface once opened from a trigger.
- Finally, you can add suggestions, which will show clickable buttons with the text you added, so that users can quickly select a number of questions to ask.
Templates
Instead of writing a prompt completely from scratch, pick one of our personality templates and adjust it to your liking from there.
