Analytics in the JEX Agent Workspace give you full visibility into how your Agents
are performing. You can see what’s happening under the hood, from the number
of conversations to which functions and triggers were used. At this stage, JEX doesn’t provide a pre-built dashboard for analysis. Instead, you can export your data and create reports in whatever format works for you.

What you can see:

  • Conversations → Take a look at the conversations your agent has had and make changes to improve your Agent based on the outcomes.

  • Trends → Track how many conversations Agents handle in a
    selected period.

  • Leads → See which companies have visited your website and what they did while there. Use this information to try and convert them to customers.

  • Triggers & functions → See which triggers were used most often, and
    which functions Agents called.

Exporting data

All conversations can be exported in different formats . This gives you the flexibility to run your own analyses.
