Within the JEX Agent Workspace, you can easily track the activity around your Agent. This consists of 2 main components.

Chat logs

Within the Chat logs, you can view all conversations that ever took place, including timestamps. The main view provides every conversation with an AI-generated oneliner which summarizes the conversation. This enables the user to quickly assess which conversations seem most interesting. Clicking a conversation will open it in its entirety.

Company Tracking

Within Activity, it is now possible to enable Company Tracking. This feature provides information about the company of a website visitor or someone interacting with your Agent, based on their IP address whenever available. This makes it easier to understand visitor intent and respond to opportunities, trends, pain points, or missing information.
